System Topography

The secret to connecting different systems and creating a cohesive solution is 'mapping'. Seeing all the critical components in front of you will help identify issues before they happen.

Bio

From an early age, Chris was captivated by science and technology. His friends and family fed this curiosity with puzzles, science kits, and educational toys, but it was never just about play — Chris needed to understand how things worked. His restless mind constantly sought logic and patterns, and though he was tested several times for learning-related disabilities, no conclusive diagnosis was ever reached. When he changed schools, his aptitude quickly stood out. In Year 5, he was one of only two students selected to begin Year 10 maths and science — a testament to his lateral thinking and problem-solving ability.

But Chris’ school years weren’t without difficulty. He faced severe psychological and physical bullying throughout primary school. At the time, he didn’t have the tools to speak up, something he now reflects on with clarity. If he could offer one piece of advice to his younger self, it would be this: speak up.

In his final year of university, Chris was elected President of the Monash Student Union. Passionate about communications, he designed all his own marketing materials and even travelled an hour into Melbourne by train to hand-make 300 promotional badges . In his first week, he introduced a new student benefit card after the university had discontinued theirs. By building partnerships with local businesses, he not only replaced the original program — he improved it.

While still studying, Chris also co-founded a media company with a fellow student. One of their first major projects was a documentary for Field & Game Australia, one of the country’s largest conservation and hunting organisations. Commissioned to mark the organisation’s 50th anniversary, the film was distributed to over 1,500 members.

After completing his degree, Chris joined Apple as a Lead Genius. In this role, he was responsible for supporting and training a team of 25 technicians, resolving escalated customer issues, and turning around detractor experiences. His leadership and analytical skills combined seamlessly in this role — just as they have throughout his life.

Chris is available for strategic partnerships, investment opportunities, and management reporting solutions. Connect with him now to work on your next project together.
